Safety first — this also applies to concrete filling stations. As the first manufacturer in the industry, Beton2Go has developed a DEKRA-certified safety concept for its plants. This ensures safe and accident-free operation of our concrete filling stations now and in the future.
Thanks to the proven DEKRA-certified safety concept for Beton2Go stations, the systems can also be operated in non-fenced or non-restricted areas. This simplifies the search for a suitable location for the filling station on the company premises.
We have noticed that users of concrete filling stations are often left alone when it comes to safety. We want to change that.
Lukas Massfeller, Managing Director at Beton2Go
To implement the safety concept, we developed safety barriers specifically adapted to the filling station. These prevent the need for securing the fully automated system with cumbersome construction fences or building it with access restrictions. Since late 2019, safety barriers have become standard on all Beton2Go systems.
Concrete filling stations are now fenced as standard.
Here’s how the system works: As soon as someone enters a restricted area during operation, multiple safety switches ensure that the machine stops immediately. The sensor system of the safety concept is certified to Performance Level e, which offers the highest level of protection against hazardous failures.
The separation between the concrete filling station and the area accessible to the self-service customer is increasingly required. To relieve our customers of this obligation, we reacted immediately.

The sensor system of the safety concept is certified at the highest performance level.
Because we develop and build Beton2Go plants exclusively at our own company site in the Westerwald region, we can respond at any time to the individual requirements of our customers — as well as to changing legal or safety-related regulations.
